In a gesture described as both a reward for commitment and an investment in effective campaign mobilisation, the ADP Senatorial Candidate for Okigwe Zone, Attorney Charles Chibuike Onyirimba, has presented a personal Infinity SUV to his Chief Strategic Officer, Chief Ferdinand Ogor.

The vehicle, according to the campaign organisation, is intended to facilitate Ogor’s movements across the six local government areas of Okigwe Zone and enhance his capacity to coordinate the campaign’s strategic operations as the 2027 senatorial election draws closer.

The presentation was witnessed by the Director-General of the Onyirimba Transformation Agenda Media Team, Mrs Favour Nwelue, and the Director of Media, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, Pastor Tony Iwuoma.

For Ogor, who had visited Onyirimba on a commercial motorcycle (okada), the moment was far more than the presentation of a vehicle. Overcome with emotion, he struggled to contain his feelings as he received the keys, shedding tears of joy. He said that in all his years in politics, nobody had shown him such benevolence.

His emotional outburst reflected a mixture of gratitude, surprise and renewed determination to justify the confidence reposed in him by the candidate.

Ogor expressed profound appreciation to Onyirimba, describing the gesture as a powerful demonstration of trust and encouragement.

Onyirimba and the Director-General commended Ogor for his commitment, dedication and sacrifices to the campaign, urging him not to relent in his efforts toward the success of the Onyirimba Transformation Agenda for Okigwe Zone.

In a prayer, Pastor Tony Iwuoma prayed for God’s continued guidance, protection, strength and wisdom for Ogor, asking that the vehicle would serve as an instrument for greater impact and successful campaign mobilisation across Okigwe Zone.

The presentation also underscored Onyirimba’s emphasis on building a campaign structure capable of reaching the people at the grassroots and communicating his message of transformation across Okigwe Zone.

With the 2027 contest approaching, the campaign said the vehicle would become a practical tool in Ogor’s strategic engagements, coordination and mobilisation efforts.

For the Onyirimba camp, the message was clear: commitment should be recognised, responsibility should be supported, and those entrusted with critical assignments must be equipped to deliver.

For Okigwe Zone, the development was presented as more than a personal gesture; it was a reminder that effective leadership requires not only vision but also the willingness to equip people with the tools to serve.

As the 2027 senatorial election approaches, the Onyirimba campaign urged Ndi Okigwe to look beyond political promises and judge candidates by their capacity to organise, empower, mobilise and deliver. The campaign said the journey to a new Okigwe Zone requires a leadership culture in which commitment is valued, competence is rewarded and people are given the means to contribute meaningfully.

The message, it said, is simple: Okigwe deserves leadership that does not merely ask people to work for change, but is prepared to invest in the people and structures required to make that change possible.
