Dangote Refinery has sliced N40 off its ex-depot price for Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), otherwise known as petrolb, in a move to boost fuel affordability and availability.
This coincides with an increased number of independent marketers, who are partnering with the refinery in the distribution of its petroleum products countrywide.
According to a press release the Dangote Group announced the signing up of new marketers in the partnership deal with Dangote Refinery at a time the refinery management announced that it has reduced its ex-depot price for petrol, reducing it from N880 to N840 per litre with effect from June 30, 2025.
Others are Jezco Oil Nigeria Ltd., Jengre, Cocean, Kifayat, Triumph Golden, Sifem Global, Riquest, and Mamu Oil, among others.
The 650 million barrels per day Dangote Refinery is the largest single-train refinery in the world.
