Ayodele Adeosun said that the defendant committed the offence on July 1, at about 2.00.p.m at Zongo, Seme Border, Badagry, Lagos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adeosun said that the defendant\u00a0 defiled the girl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the prosecutor, the offence contravenes the provisions of Sections 261 and 263 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State 2015.
