The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has officially announced the schedule for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME.<\/div>\n
\nThe examination body in an official announcement on Monday, JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, said the application forms would be on sale as from January 31, 2025, and end on March 5, 2025.<\/p>\n

However, direct entry candidates will buy the application documents and e-PIN from March 10, 2025, and till April 7, 2025.<\/p>\n

The Mock-UTME is billed for April 5, 2025, while the main UTME will take place from April 25, 2025, to May 5, 2025.<\/p>\n

A breakdown of the UTME\/DE JAMB application fees shows \u20a63,500 for the application fee, \u20a61,000 for the reading text, \u20a6700 for the CBT Centre registration service charge, \u20a61,500 for the CBT Centre UTME service charge, \u20a61,500 for the CBT mock service charge, \u20a6500 for bank charges, and \u20a61,500 for the CBT mock-UTME centre charge.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the Prof Oloyede announced the introduction of a mock UTME specifically tailored for candidates under the age of 16, which is intended to provide younger candidates with an opportunity to assess their capabilities before the examination.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for admission into any tertiary institution in the country, candidates must be at least 16 years old on or before September 30, 2025.<\/p><\/div>\n

However, exceptional candidates under the age of 15 that score a minimum score of 280 in the UTME and demonstrate outstanding performance in their Senior Secondary Certificate and post-UTME examinations may be considered for admission, Oluyede explained.<\/div>\n
