They could always be seen around Owerri, the Imo State capital, forcefully dispossessing people of their hard-earned money. The Owerri &#8211; Mbaise Road is one of the worst roads to ply, as gun-totting police officers brazenly carry out their unlawful act of extortion and intimidation without a care in the
