O. Idowu ruled that the publications made by VeryDarkMan on his social media accounts on September 24, 2024, which linked crossdresser, Bobrisky, to Falz and his father defamed the duo and injured their reputation.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201cAccording to the applicants (Falz and Falana), the defendant (VeryDarkMan) knew these statements (Bobrisky\u2019s claims) were false and untrue but proceeded to publish them to injure their reputation,&#8221; the judge held.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201cFurthermore, the defamatory statements are still trending on the defendant (VeryDarkMan)\u2019s several online platforms and the injury to their reputation continues as long as the publication remains online.\u201d<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Falana had dragged Verydarkman to court over his postings on his social media blog where he alleged that he, alongside his son, Falz, collected N10 million from Bobrisky to enable him get the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, to drop drop a case of money laundering against him.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div
