She claims it has not only made them closer, but is also good for his health.<\/span><\/p>\n Rachel Bailey, 30, is married to Alexander, also 30. Since Alexander started breastfeeding in 2017, the couple haven\u2019t looked back.<\/span><\/p>\n Also, Rachel said Alexander hasn\u2019t had a cold in two years and has since gotten plenty of compliments on his skin. Alexander initially began drinking Rachel\u2019s breastmilk to help her when she was over-lactating while nursing their children.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018When my middle child, Aria, now six, was breastfeeding, I went away on a cruise with Alexander,\u2019 she explained.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018However, I forgot my breast pump and was badly engorged for two days.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018I was in so much pain and I was scared about getting an infection, so we decided that my husband was going to try drinking the milk to relieve me.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018We were nervous about the idea of him breastfeeding from me but as soon as we did it, we realized it was perfectly fine.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n Rachel said it was \u2018an instant relief when Alexander latched on\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2018On top of that, it has also created a more special bond between us which we never would have had if we didn\u2019t start this,\u2019 she added. When she was producing the most milk shortly after giving birth, he was drinking her milk \u2018three to four times a day\u2019. \u2018I love breastfeeding him as it allows us to spend quality time together. It\u2019s definitely brought us closer as a couple,\u2019 Rachel explained.<\/span><\/p>\n She would breastfeed her husband at breakfast, lunch and dinner, but as she is now producing less milk, she is only breastfeeding him at night.<\/span><\/p>\n However, the mother also stressed that her children are priority. And she has always made sure that her babies are fed first before Alexander finishes the remaining milk.<\/span><\/p>\n And, they live in the United States of America.
