Dangote Refinery needs the encouragement of all Nigerians, especially the NUPRC,\u201d\u00a0 Sammani said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNUPRC must ensure that Dangote Refinery gets sufficient crude to ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians.
