Bandit kingpin dies mysteriously after barking like a dog

Kachalla Dan Lukuti, one of the leaders of the bandits,  terrorising Zamfara communities mysteriously.

It was gathered that the terrorist succumbed to an unidentified strange sickness that made him to be barking like a dog before his death.

Lukuti exhibited unusual symptoms that included violent aggression, uncontrollable spasms, and eventually continuous barking sounds like a dog.

His lieutenants could not approach him due to the mysterious nature of his illness, and kept their distance from him until he finally died.

Known for terrorising communities in Zamfara and Katsina States, the terrorist suffered the mysterious sickness for about a week before he ultimately died.

Lukuti was a notorious bandits’ kingpin, operating from the Kokonba forest in Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

He was said to have been controlling over 50 armed bandits.

He was said to be responsible for multiple attacks in Dan Jiloga, Rijiya, Zonai, Magami, and along the Gusau-Magami highway, extending his banditry activities to Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State during a reign of terror, which was marked by dire circumstances.

It was learnt  that local source disclosed that lieutenants compelled villagers in Kizara, Tsafe Local Government Area of Zamfara State to  bury him to rest at the local primary school.

His mysterious death was speculated to be a rabies attack or spiritual consequences for his prolonged terror activities.
