Another lady killed in Nasarawa, corpse dumped near Polytechnic

Barely one week after Salome Adaidu was murdered and mutilated by her boyfriend, yet another young woman has been killed in Nasarawa State.

The remains of the yet to be identified lady were dumped in Ombi 1 community near Mustapha Agwei II State Polytechnic, Lafia, the state capital, throwing the communities panic.

It was revealed that after the lady was murdered, her body was dragged from a junction and dumped behind a compound on Saturday night, where it was later discovered in the morning.

The Ombi 1 community is inhabited by mostly hooligans, who are masquerading as students of the State Polytechnic located in Ombi 1

The area has become notorious for hosting several clubs and pubs as well as various social activities, resulting in the premature deaths of many youths.

There are ongoing patrols by security operatives in the area but this has not deterred the hoodlums from perpetrating their genius activities against the hapless residents.

The Area Police Command has launched an investigation into the matter and urged members of the public to assist in identifying the deceased though nobody has done that yet.
