The Kano State ICT park was on Thursday vandalised by aggrieved protesters, who also looted government property.
The Park, which comprises laboratories for ICT innovations and commercial hubs also provided capacity building to ICT startups and entrepreneurial activities in the North-west.
Protesters could be seen in photos shared online, carting away computers, batteries, chairs and other properties of the ICT park.
Nigerian youths on Thursday, on August 1, took to the streets to protest against untold hardship being experienced by Nigerians under the current administration of President Bola Tinubu, which is characterised by the high cost of basic amenities.
The protests are billed to last till August 10, 2024.
