The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo has elected Rivers State-born Sen John Azu Mbata as it’s new President -General.
Mbata takes over from Nze Fidelis Ozichukwu, who succeeded the late Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, who died last year in an interim capacity.
